Today we got adventurous and took a day trip to the
Science Museum. I hadn't been there in at least 15 years, so it was high time we went! Grandma Pam bought us a family membership - thanks Grandma! The trickiest part is always getting Big Blue (our 15 passenger van) parked. Luckily, they have a parking garage attached to the museum that accommodates our vehicle!
They have a super cool Omnitheater where the screen wraps around the room. The movie today was called
Journey to Space and was all about space exploration. All the children enjoyed it!

The musical staircase was a hit! It plays different musical tones as you walk up and down. |
 |
Madeline and Benjamin watching the kids on the stairs. I don't think Benjamin understands what all the fuss is about! |
 |
Posing in front of the triceratops. Peter really enjoyed seeing all the Roar-roar's. |
 |
I was impressed that each exhibit had a place for little crawlers to get down and move. Benjamin approved! |
God Bless!
Heather :-)
